「Not a transparent transaction. Large deposit was not clearly disclosed and then held for 15 days after we vacated because "that is the policy". This transaction involved Expedia, the Local Agency and VRBO. It required numerous phone calls to find out when our deposit would be returned. None of these agencies would accept responsibility .」

「Easy access since it is right off the road to the West Entrance. Kitchen fully stocked and the bed was comfortable! Air Conditioner works great! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and looking at the stars.」

「We had a wonderful trip at this property. The space was the perfect size and we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area was great, we loved the privacy of the fence and were able to enjoy the swings and the hot tub in peace. Our favorite area of the property was the outdoor seating area where we watched the nature, especially the sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor mural also reflected the sunlight beautifully. 「We picked this unit over others in the area mainly for it's location to the National Park and it's boasting of it's hot tub and outdoor patio seating. The interior space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was spacious with plenty of seating. Now the drawbacks: the kitchen was not well supplied, cookware was old and in bad shape; lack of any dish clothes or dish towels provided at the time of check-in; no bathmats were provided, and we could not get the TV to connect to the...
