“I would say this is one of the best B&B I've ever lived in! It's very peaceful and walking distance to the bay and all the shops. There was a church right next to it and the post office behind the house, we walked over to mail out the postcard. The bed was very comfortable, it was very thoughtful that my room offered an extra bed that my kids both want to stay on. The bagel and pastries from breakfast was very fresh, variety juice options. It would be great if eggs and more fruits are provided.……

“Absolutely amazing stay at the Colony! We felt welcomed immediately, and our dog was welcomed with a thoughtful bag of goodies from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and the property was so pretty! Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!”

“Don't be mistaken by first impressions as you drive up to this property. I'd like to call it a diamond in the rough. The host/owner, Bob will admit the property needs substantial renovations to the exterior but don't be misled. The property has it's charm and the location cannot be beat for the price. Park your car and forget it. Everything is within easy walking distance. This is our second time for this property and will definitely try to stay again next year. ”
