“Great views! We had a couple problems. The renters before us did not put a key card back in the lock box. We had gotten there late after working all day and driving through a snow storm to find there was no key card. Thankfully, the owners were quick to answer their phone and talk us through where to find another keycard. We were there Super Bowl Sunday and found the cable in the fam room didn't work. TV's in bedrooms did but our group was not going to watch while sitting on someone's bed. The……

“Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually. ”

“Never got a chance to meet the staff- bummer. Efficient check in with the envelopes on the desk. Refrigerator has a je ne sais quoi to it… perhaps it the rust? The lights on the tree are nice. Love the lobby toaster, thought I was going to have to warm my bagel in the room microwave 😅 ”

“Location and amenities were unmatched. We got a great price on the room. It was our first time to keystone and we enjoyed every day of it. Resort food is a little pricey as you should expect, but we didn’t get anything bad while we were there. Pizza, burgers, soup, ramen, tacos, and beer of course.
