"The hotel needs updating like many reviews have said. Ac wasn’t working and they sent a tech up and it was working a little better. Stayed one night before we went to Clearwater- view was great. Hotel was fine for the night- wouldn’t stay for an extended trip. "

"The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service."

"Our room was nice and big for the family with daily housekeeping service. However, we did not get our welcome drink upon check-in and were under the impression we would have complimentary beach umbrella/chairs which was not the case. The pool bar food was underwhelming and we decided to go to other nearby restaurants since the Shor onsite restaurant was overpriced. We have had better Hyatt Regency stays in other parts of the U.S. but for a busy spring break season in Florida, it was fine. "
