“The room was beautiful, the bathroom was luxurious and clean. The staff particularly Debbie was very welcoming and friendly, just perfect for who you’d want as front of house staff. The breakfast had a great variety whether you wanted hot or cold food just help yourself! Tea and coffee was served to you making it feel more personal. The gardens were immaculate, the gardener clearly puts a lot of time and effort into it. There was good parking accessible and easy to everyone.”

“Very comfortable and spacious room and nice to see the addition of a coffee table, but difficult to find a socket for the kettle which was under the TV on a low shelf. (a really daft place to boil a kettle). It needs a little golden tea trolley to get to a socket on the other side of the room. The internet TV kept freezing, looks like a poor wifi signal. We didn't expect too much from the food, which was bland and forgettable and the buffet breakfast was not much better.”

“Spacious, clean, tidy room with plenty of storage space to put your stuff away. Despite being attached to the Golden Jubilee Hospital, the outlook was beautiful- with the hills at the front, and the river and gardens at the back. The bar had a pool table, shuffle boards and other games. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.”

“Decent spot, very convenient for public transport, easy parking access. There is no staff on the property so you do need to phone them if there is an issue, not a huge deal but can be a little inconvenient. Agree with other reviews that the walls are not soundproofed well and you will hear city noise all the time. If you’re used to it it’s no biggie, if you’re not it can definitely be a disturbance.”

“Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for……

"Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities."
