Our group (girls weekend) loved the house, great location for walking to the beach or dinner, super well equipped for having a night in and an otherwise lovely space!

Best place in Kings Beach

This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation in Lake Tahoe. It has all the amenities you need and a beautiful backyard. Excellent hosts with great communication and check-in/check-out procedures.

AMAZING!

This was no joke probably one of the cleanest VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. Not a spec of dust anywhere, great amenities and decor. I bookmarked this location as I will 100% be staying here again!

Amazing house with cute garden and walking distance to Kings Beach

We really loved our stay, the house was super clean with modern furniture and appliances, everything we needed in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms (3 BR) and bathrooms. The garden is really cute, too! You can walk to Kings Beach and city centre (we loved the nearby brewery and Taco truck).

Great House

We came for the weekend for my daughters 16th birthday. It was a perfect house for us. Walking distance from Kings Beach and a short ride to the slopes.

North Tahoe 3 bed, 2.5 bath

Place is exactly what they show. Very clean and had everything but soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Not complaining, i probably just missed that aspect in the description. Only complaint is we arrived about noon knowing checkin was four so emailed Lizzy at Truckee vacation andshe said no because there was maintenance scheduled. Turns out no maintenance. Again site says ask 24 hrs in advance and i didn't, but dont lie. Id still stay here again!!!

Cozy in the woods

Five family members stayed at this property and it was great. The fireplace was cozy, the kitchen had many things to cook with. The bedrooms were cozy too. We loved that we could park the car in the garage!

Lovely house

Very nice place, well stocked, great location within walking distance to several places in Kings Beach. The gate blocking the stairs from the living room/kitchen was wonderful to keep little ones safe. Backyard including a nice clean spa and decks were the best, so we spent a lot of time outside because the weather was very nice. Easy self check-in and check-out with thorough instructions, no misunderstandings of what was expected. Thank You !!

Great Getaway

Great location and clean. Easy check in and helpful agency responsive to needs. Neighborhood could be a little loud in summer with various late night activity and early dog barking. Overall, great place to stay

Gorgeous home, close to town

Beautifully appointed home, comfortable living area and bedrooms. Kitchen with all necessary utensils and basics. One bedroom is downstairs by the garage with its own bath. Easy access with key code, great communication beforehand for all info needed.

Beautiful Kings Beach Getaway

Great place, extremely clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked and organized. Absolutely most beautiful garden yard. Baby friendly with Baby gate on stairs. Huge garage spotless. No cable TV was the only regret.

Great communication!

This property was an amazing stay and and even better convenience. There is a market down the road for any needs and it’s the perfect walking distance to the lake. During our stay we were missing a broom to sweep up after dinner and there wasn’t one to be found. Within half an hour of us notifying them, there was a knock on the door with a broom. I highly recommend staying at this property and with these hosts!

Cute place, good location, and well equipped kitchen

We had a lousy first day here, no heat and it was 52 degrees inside. Luckily the fireplace worked great and after the first day the place was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay in spite of our lack of a working heater. If the heater is fixed/replaced we would definitely stay here again.
