About this space
Our location is perfect for the beach, ski resorts and only 2 blocks to access the Tahoe National Forest which provides miles and miles of hiking, biking and fun and 3 blocks from Kings Beach. The guest apartment is on the 2nd story above our garage behind our home.
The space
The guest apartment has a full kitchen and bath with a small deck off the bedroom. You can enjoy a gas fireplace in the living room after a fun day on the mountain or at the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is very accessible in the winter as it is 1 block from the main road and near an elementary school so snow removal is consistent.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and very comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Great rental spot close to water

It was cozy and perfect for my daughter and I. In fact, my daughter asked to have a house like it! Great space for a small family. Had everything we needed for our stay and was convenient to eateries, ski resorts, and lake. I will definitely consider returning!
