“I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak……

“Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed……

“The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. I appreciated the thoughtful details such as games, snacks, and extra blankets. The stay was comfortable and exactly as described. Please note that this area can be loud in the evenings; and we knew that booking the unit. I am looking to stay again in the fall because the check in process was seamless and the stay was cozy! I highly recommend.”

“Really cool property and location was convenient! The hill for parking was not pleasant so for anyone with any sort of injury or disability this could be very difficult. There were very dirty mattresses and blankets in the closet that were really unpleasant to see and made me wonder how well the rest of the bedding is cleaned so I’d recommend throwing those out.”

“Check in was a breeze! We had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend stay. The apartment and furnishings were clean. Parking is tight but doable in a normal sized vehicle.”

“The location of this rental is its biggest advantage. It’s close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it very convenient if you want to be in the middle of everything.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property did not meet my expectations. The couch and carpet had plenty of visible stains, the wood floors needed a deep cleaning, the HVAC air filter should be replaced, and there appeared to be mold around the kitchen air vent that should be properly disinfected. These issues made the……
