“Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.”

“This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)”

“I’ve stayed here before. Last August with my husband who recently passed away. I needed a place full of memories to celebrate my first anniversary of our 32nd anniversary without him. I enjoyed my time. If you’re looking for a place to getaway from it all, I don’t think this place would work for you because it’s in the back of a neighborhood. Also, the cleaning company that this owner uses really doesn’t do a good job. There was only one roll of TP and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were……

“This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.”
