"The hotel is a little dated, decore-wise, but everything is very clean and the Onsen are very nice (we're first time users). Staff are very helpful! Would stay here again."

"Such a nice onsen and grounds. Beautiful place to stay and see Mount Fuji"

"Beautiful room, lovely staff/owners, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Very comfortable place to stay with a view of Fuji. "

"Great place, pillows were hard as a rock, didn’t get any sleep."

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "Great place for solo travellers"

"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. Other that well nanti e place👍"

"Our stay at Lodge Stack Point was lovely. The hosts, Mama-San and Papa-San, were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations. The room was perfectly comfortable and the location was tranquil. "

"The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly with any questions. Very awesome traditional Japanese style, would highly recommend. Will stay here when I revisit."

"Extremely hospitable and helpful. Would definitely like to come again. "

"Hospitality is incomparable when contacted to take taxi the hostess was more then willing to help with transportation, it feels like staying at your grandmothers home away from home "
