“Great location and very cute. We couldn’t get the heat to work on our last morning. Never could get the fireplace to work. Beds were very comfortable and a cozy room although small. We did throughly enjoy our stay. Would stay again. ”

“Great property and just the right size. Has plenty of space for family to sit around and connect i the living room, dining area, game space, pool, but also enough bedrooms for privacy when folks need to disconnect for a bit. The sauna was another welcome disconnect or small setting to converse. Distance to local stores and skiing is very reasonable. It keeps you aways from the busy tourist heavy areas for walks and enjoying nature. Our Property Manager, Julio, was very helpful and responsive to……

“Great property, right there in the lake. Close to all restaurants as well! We loved the cabin feel. Great for watching movies, playing games and just being sisters. Very cozy! Definitely would stay again. The host was very responsive as well with my questions!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Cubby Bear and made good use of the amenities including the BBQ which had back up propane which was nice. Having the garage door opener available was really helpful for returning from our ski trips. Would stay here again for sure.”

“We had a great stay in this cute house! Accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. The house is not without its quirks but it’s in a great location. Short drive to the lake, casinos, grocery store, restaurants etc. A couple minor improvements could be made, maybe one or two new pans (esp since there isn’t/they can’t have a bbq here) & a good power washing of the balconies. It’s nice to be able to go out on them but they were so dirty, trying to be mindful of not bringing dirt in the house if there……

“We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again.”

“Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.”

“House is in a great location close to state line and pretty spacious. The bar/game room was really nice. Only minor issues we had were the hot water runs out quickly when multiple people are showering and the 3rd step from the bottom going downstairs is slightly different than the rest so a tripping hazard if you aren’t paying attention. Otherwise the house was perfect!”
