A night away!

My spouse and I wanted to get away for a night and bring our dogs along. This chalet had all the amenities needed for a night away from home. Beautiful views of the lake in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent spacious cabin close to king's beach.

Cozy Cabin with a Spectacular View

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cabin is so cute, nicely appointed and the view is unbelievable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect cabin in the perfect location.

Cool spot close to NorthStar

We stayed for only 1 night. Everything was just as pictured, clean, and with plenty of kitchen/bathroom supplies. Great spot for a few friends to stay while you’re hitting the slopes.

Wonderful Kings Beach stay!

Fantastic and memorable stay near Kings Beach and not far from Incline Village. Home is well stocked and very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower has great pressure. We appreciated the ease with booking and communicating with host and will definitely stay again!

Amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the living area and deck is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for the street noise from down the hill. Really close to King's Beach downtown area.

Just right!

For what we could afford, this was the perfect. Close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the afternoon sun really made the place toasty. They do have mini AC units, but they couldn't keep up. I still recommend!

The views were worth it!

This house was just perfect for our family, it had everything we needed and was only a short drive to shopping, food and the beach. Thanks so much for allowing us to spend our vacation here. Will definitely be coming back.

SHAKEPEARE WEEKEND AT SANDY HARBOR

Loved our weekend at Tahoe's Shakespeare Festival...Shakepeare, Hounds and Symphony, day trips to hike and sail....Sunset Chalet was a good base, could watch the moon over the lake all night long.

This property has a Great Lake view. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning drinking coffee as the sun rose, as well as in the evenings for the sunsets. Home was clean and they had all the amenities we needed. It is also convenient to Kings Beach for shopping and eating. It is a little dated, but clean and we would stay here again.

Really great place

The chalet was clean and pretty well kept up. The views are amazing off the back deck. There was everything we needed right there. The location is great, really close to town. I wish there were sidewalks to get to town instead of having to drive and park since it is so close. We never saw the "neighbor" down stairs. Only major upgrade I can think of is A/C. Well done!!

Tahoe Road Trip

We drove from Oregon down to Tahoe and spent a few nights in both South Tahoe and North. We enjoyed North Tahoe a bit more and part of it was due to this sunny house that felt just like home. So much light came through the big windows and the view was amazing. There is a downstairs neighbor, but he is quiet and there is a bit of road noise, but not much. We loved it.

An outstanding chalet

We are repeat visitors to the Sunset Chalet, and much appreciated the updates to the TV and new carpet on the deck. As always, everything one could expect and more was available for comfort and convenience. The location is ideal for us, and the view from the deck is amazing and never gets old.
