“The location was awesome!! I was able to walk everywhere. Unfortunately, the unit I stayed in (for four days) was terrible. Worst property I’ve ever rented. - Upon entry, the temperature was 90 degrees inside - with outside June temps in the low 80s. All the blinds were up, small upstairs A/C unit was off, the heat & fireplace pilot were on. IT TOOK TWO FULL DAYS TO COOL THE PLACE DOWN. - The kitchen was tiny - I can’t imagine trying to cook. - The only storage places were crammed with……

“A little glitch with the code checking in, but the host was easy to get in touch with and fixed our issue almost immediately. Very comfortable space and very clean. Sitting on the front porch watching the elk walk by was tons of fun. We use the grill and fixed dinner at the place everything worked perfectly”

“Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or……

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Estes Park. Extremely convenient (2min to downtown) but not in trafficked area. The development looked dated when we pulled in, but the unit itself was updated, very clean and kitchen was extremely well-appointed. They provided TP, paper towel, dishwasher pods etc which was lovely. Plenty of room for 4 people. 6 can fit well too. Only criticism was that the sofa bed mattress was awful. Convenient to RMNP, YMCA, Lake Estes, Mt Coaster and……
