「I was a bit disappointed when i had to wait for hour and thirty minutes for my room and i got there at 6.30 in the evening. The room was ok and the property was as well.」

「We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the coliseum, which made getting back and forth easy. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We were in visiting from the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, just a little one-night getaway for us. Conveniently located right near the aquarium, which we had visited before checking-in. The Almanette is absolutely Wonderful!!! Delicious food, fantastic service all around, clean room. Everything was great! So happy to have found this place. Our bathroom provided all the necessities, including facial wipes, which I appreciated, since I forgot mine. The ONLY thing I felt it was missing was a...

「I had a $250 hold placed on my credit card in addition to the room charge, because I booked through Expedia… not cool. 」

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」

「Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area. Overall I would definitely stay again! 」

「First nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and couch was torn up, looked like cat scratches. They moved us into second room which smelled of smoke and wet dog. Pieces of trash outside, clientele looked sketchy.」
