"On a positive note everything in general was pleasant. The only downside experience was on Thursday, April 28th, 2024 at the lounge -the female and only staff serving in the lounge responded so curt as to be almost rude when spoken with about ordering a drink. As a result I left the lounge and went up to the Sports Bar on the 2nd floor where the staff are much welcoming, friendly and provided a pleasant customer service. "

"Scarlet Pearl is a beautiful casino resort. They were very accommodating with our non smoking room request. Very clean and friendly. Plenty of delicious choices to eat. No maid service during our 3 night stay, but if you needed anything, they would get it to you. No problem getting free drinks while in the casino. We had a wonderful stay."

"The only issues we had were the beds were not really comfortable. And the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Will definitely stay again. Being on the beach was a plus. Walking distance to several restaurants. The property was quiet and beautiful. "
