「When we arrived there was a huge line which I understand isn’t their fault but for context we were already a little on edge. When we get to the desk a woman says that our room isn’t ready because it’s connected and it’s not ready. It was 430pm and check in is at 4pm. Of course we asked why and she said it could be anywhere from 4-8p it says it online (no it doesn’t). Then she said that the room we wanted and booked (connected) wasn’t even a “right” for us to have and she had two rooms close to...

「Staff checked us in and didn't have a room available so we had to wait over 3 hours before getting into the room. Everything was closed by that time and the room had mold on the walls and some weird substance on the wall sheets were dirty.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.」
