“Only problem we found was thermostat would say room was 68 degrees and clearly wasn't, was more like 73 or 74”

“You get what you pay for. Night staff was not very pleasant. Pool was green with black bottom. Room looked like it was falling apart. Carpet in room felt like you were getting stuck to it. Atleast the room didnt stink.”

“Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area. Overall I would definitely stay again! ”

“We were in visiting from the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, just a little one-night getaway for us. Conveniently located right near the aquarium, which we had visited before checking-in. The Almanette is absolutely Wonderful!!! Delicious food, fantastic service all around, clean room. Everything was great! So happy to have found this place. Our bathroom provided all the necessities, including facial wipes, which I appreciated, since I forgot mine. The ONLY thing I felt it was missing was a……

“Our room was relatively clean, but it reeked of cleaning solution-so much that we could hardly stand to be in the room. Overall, the entire complex needs a good cleaning-minus the strong smell!”

“There were shops close by, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them. The room was very dusty. The tub was rusting. There were stains on the sleeper sofa. We would never book at this location again. ”

“Clean rooms right across the street from the beach everything we needed was right there on that strip 2 to 3 mins top the staff was amazing the breakfast was good and hot each morning we came back to clean rooms only thing I hated was that there was barley any parking space at the hotel ”
