“Yes the breakfast is spectacular, the view because we were on the 6th floor was beautiful except I thought we had a room with a balcony but they don't have rooms with balconies. My other concern is is that one of the elevators, out of the only two in the hotel has not worked since we arrived it would act like it was working and then when you get in and press the button it wouldn't go anywhere so they were down to one elevator and when you're on the 6th floor especially in the morning when you……

“The continental breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. I wasn't pleased with the condition of my room. The TV didn't work properly, I had to keep turning it on and off. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was half cleaned. The furniture hadn't been dusted .The refrigerator had ice build up in the top.”

“I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before. I hope management takes better care in cleaning and inspecting the rooms so future guests don't have the……

She made the check-in process easy and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made a great first impression and was truly appreciated. “Had a very nice stay at the Palace. Eric, the Concierge/Bellman was so friendly and helpful. He helped us to our room, explained everything in the room, suggested places to eat, etc. He was amazing. Our room was clean and I loved that the hotel and casino were smoke free.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.”

“The lady at the front desk was top notch! Very friendly! We got in late and left early the next morning so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but we would stay there again.”

“The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room.”
