We ate there 2 times during the stay. Natili has a great place,very clean and comfortable. And shes pretty darn awesome herself. We will be staying again.”

“Enjoyed a couple of days at this loft prior to a cruise. Beautifully decorated and wonderful size. Great historical building! Super comfy living room couch! Quiet area but easily walkable to everything in The Strand. Only small wish would be for a kettle (but we are a tea vs coffee family) :). Would definitely book again.”

“Accommodations were cozy and clean. Could not get the water in the shower to be more than barely warm. In the listing it looked as if the second bedroom and the laundry room were two different rooms however they are one. Needs more cookware, only had one pot and one skillet. Plenty of soap, towels and sheets were on hand. Loved being able to go out and sit on the porch in the morning to enjoy our coffee and the gently breezes.”

“This place was right on Strand and close to so much. Keep in mind that the bathroom upstairs is set up as a Jack and Jill so you will share it with whoever is in the other room. The second bathroom is downstairs. The building was gorgeous and very quiet.”

“We started off by seeing ants and other bugs on the floor, and in the kitchen, by the sofa.. literally ants everywhere… and then we went to the bed and were taking off the decorative pillow there was something on it and on the bed sheets.. it was wet.. so called management and told them about the situation and told us they were going to get ahold of grounds keeper. We got a call back and was told that there was extra sheets in the drawers so we took off all the sheets on the bed and after each……

“I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient. ”
