「Terrific old school Florida rental rooms/suites on the beach, by anywhere from 0 minutes walk to 1 minute walk. Clean everything. Most rooms rebuilt, redecorated, new courtyard, common area. Very close to state park beach. Terrific beach for guests along entire width of property. Close to a marina. Some rooms are across the street on the bay side. Not redecorated but clean, comfortable, equipped room and kitchen, bedroom, bath 1 minute dead ahead across street on a marina access. ...

It’s located in a great location that is close driving distance to all amenities desired in the area. The owner “Richard” was great. 「This place was so perfect ! Very clean, cute, and provides all the essentials needed . I really loved the location in a quant neighborhood close to the ringling school of art and many hidden gems . The neighborhood and home is very quiet and has so many beautiful trees and plants that surround it . I flew into to spread my Dads ashes at a few nearby spots . The host was very gracious at providing an easy check in and out time which made the visit very smooth.Thank you again !!」
