“Don’t stay in room 1101! We booked too late to get a beachfront view and had to settle for the “bay” view. But what this room had was a “roof” view, with a balcony whose total view consisted of a giant expanse of roof. Moreover, the restaurant vented its fumes up there, so it was so smelly as to be unusable. We really value our outdoor space in a hotel and were irked to pay over $600 per night for this. Soundproofing was also poor; the room has an adjoining door and we could hear a very vocal……

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“We stayed at Sunny 3BR Oasis for a week in early March 2026. This property had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions were answered quickly. We most appreciated the fenced in backyard with motion lights. Our two small dogs were fascinated with the lizards and the yard provided a safe place for hours of entertainment for them. This property was conveniently located for all of our excursions. We took in a Tampa Bay……
