"This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again."

Very rocky. - Water hammocks weren’t available - Internet in room was spotty - Mattress was slanted upward at the bottom and too soft - Pillows too soft"

"We came through the shuttle service they offer, they picked us up along with another party in a close flight. We had a king size room near the entrance, it was very clean and the showers were walk in nice. It was very spacious and the staff was excellent, they helped in every way. Breakfast is open at 7:40 and the stores and restaurants around about 10am so plan ahead. Overall amazing stay will come back"

"Pros Beautiful grounds Great staff Beautiful pool Beautiful beach Cons With All inclusive package they don’t stock fridge w drinks just a gallon jug of water They don’t take your luggage to your room they take it off truck put it on a cart just so u can tip driver and bell but then they roll it into open lobby and leave it for u to get up stairs and never told us we had to track down our bags Vendors on beach are non stop"

"Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!"
