The Space: Our family-friendly house boasts four bedrooms, with 6 double beds, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests!
Perfect for home-cooked meals, our house features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware.
Guest Access: Our guests have access to all areas of the house & do not share the space with anyone else.
The Neighborhood: This house is located in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the famous St Lukes Church. St Lukes church, known locally as 'the bombed-out church' plays host to frequent events such as open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more! Situated at the top of the bustling Bold St with an abundance of Liverpool's hottest food spots just minutes away.
The Roscoe pub is at the end of the road and a 5-minute walk to the Philharmonic Hall. With no shortage of shops, bars & restaurants at Liverpool One is a five-minute walk away.
Getting Around: You're in the heart of the city here! A 10-minute stroll to Liverpool Central, which links to Lime St & Wirral lines.
You're 15-20 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too.
Hanover St, just at the end of the road from the apartment always has plenty of Hackney taxis too.

We host hen and stag groups in this property but you must be respectful of the property and neighbours.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Both bathrooms are upstairs. First is at the top of the stairs and second is in the second bedroom on the left hand side after coming up the stairs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
