"We stayed here twice on the same trip. High marks for overall cleanliness, and the staff were responsive and helpful. That said… The first room we stayed in had been poorly renovated with a glassed-in shower that would not close properly, and also had a bad leak under the sink. The second room was much better. General notes: The single central elevator was inconvenient, as was the fact that only the doors in the lobby (front and back) would allow readmittance. On the other hand, the location is almost ideal - close to the airport, but isolated from most traffic, and with a nearby Bob Evans"

"It was clean and staff was helpful. Well appointed room with comfortable king bed and full kitchen appliances. Really the only problem was our TV didn't work and no one ever fixed it after 2 asks. We were in the room so little, it wasn't a big deal, but had we been, it would have been. It was really noisy on the street outside our windows (we were facing the main street) but the city has a curfew and right at 10 pm most all the noise stopped and was easy to go to sleep."

"I was here for a convention so the location can't be beat. The hotel has been recently updated so all the rooms are new, they kept some of the older closets which are clean and newly painted. One really weird and annoying in room item is the movement activated light. I'm sure someone thought it was a good idea but it turns on to movement in the middle of the night which was not helpful. The service was outstanding; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The batteries on the in room safe were dead and they fixed it immediately Highly recommend"
