Great property

Overall had a great stay here. Located steps from the bus Windrush overground with tons of great food options close by. The property very closely matches the photos in the listing. The property was clean but there was a bit of clutter we had to work around, namely in the cabinets and closets in the bedrooms. Not the end of the world but it did feel like we were living in someone else’s home rather than a proper BNB. The listing also noted a washing machine as an amenity which was removed from the property amenities during our stay, as the washing machine is broken. This was pretty frustrating as it was one of the reasons we booked our stay in the first place. Our host offered to reimburse a laundromat bill. Overall a very solid place to stay, just make sure you’re setting the right expectations.

4 nights on a canal

A nice spacious modernist loft style apartment overlooking a canal. Comfortable layout, large kitchen. The unit was advertised as including a washer and dryer but neither was available. The washer was broken and the dryer did not exist. Also, we decided to bake cookies one night but found out the oven did not work either. Hopefully the managing company will resolve it for futire guests but were of little help to us.
