“The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk to underground / train station. But need to carry the luggage thru stairs when accessing/leaving the hotel.”

“Hard to beat the rate here, considering how close you are to comprehensive bus routes and the district line. Also hard to beat the breakfast option, especially for the area. The immediate surrounding is a bit corporate, so having a full English in the hotel is great. Beds and pillows are perfect. Only issue was a lack of provided shampoo”

“The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“staff very pleasant and helpful great location re landmarks and restaurants and shopping and tube station all in walking distance room itself very small w bed comfortable but tub super tall, hard to get in/out of shower and no place but the floor to open/spread out my suitcase/things. and IDK if it was cause I booked online vs direct but I had a beautiful view of....... a brick wall. literally 6" away. felt kinda claustrophobic ....kinda room that should only be used when the hotel is totally……
