「All excellent per my earlier ratings. It is virtually brand new and finished with very high quality materials, i.e. wood trim, flooring, ceramic tile bathroom/shower and furniture. Miranda was great to work with. I very much appreciated use of the covered dock and boat lift. Be sure to read the ad carefully as it clearly states that it is an apartment and has limited cooking amenities. That being said it was perfect for me as a single guy/fisherman. Will definitely stay here again if I come back...
