“Loved the area, most of all communication with the staff was very professional and friendly. Only problem I had the house keeper didn’t sweep under the bed it was full of dust also found a child swim bottom under the bed. and adult sock under the night stand. “What an amazing week. This rental was everything we wanted and more. The whole process from beginning to end was simple and no hassles at all. The view was perfect from the 8th floor you can see all the way down the beach and so far out across the gulf. It’s in a perfect location to access all the dining and souvenir shops, as well as any grocery stores you may need. The rooms were exactly as pictured with every amenity we could have asked for. We had a beautiful stretch of beach to enjoy……

“Small community feel & everyone is friendly. This year there were some older ladies (55 - 60-ish) & they asked us to leave the pool because my kids were playing and splashing. I understand that some people are just there to get away but so are me & my children. There were other kids in the pool & they left with their parents too. It was just uncomfortable & rude. Other than that, it was good. The construction next door was blowing into the pool, too. Thank you.”

“We came here couple years ago when its just built and today, June 2024, we revisited again. The building is well maintained, still very clean and neat. Only the thing is all Stay APT doesn’t have elevator. If you stay second floor, need to use stairs. Otherwise great property. We love it. ”

“This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table. Not to mention the park is so close we could sit in chairs in the driveway and watch our kids……
