“The staff was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Let's say that first. The room was just okay for it to be The Courtyard. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, In the room. That was the second one I was in. The first room the curtains torn, couldn't pull them closed. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their parking lot, REALLY. And I've been to this hotel before, and I did not get charged for parking, so i'm still trying to figure out.When did they implement……

“We’ve spent the last 5 years here for the July 4th celebrations and we always love it. However, many things had changed and not all for the good. The biggest complaint among our group and many others was their legendary pizza is no longer available! We’ve been enjoying that pizza for probably over 15 years and this year they changed the recipe and it wasn’t great at all. They also remodeled their pizza/ice cream area and only offer 3 flavors of ice cream now as before it was usually 6-7 flavors.……

“Beach view and pool”

“This was an excellent hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean and maintained. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. I stayed with my four daughters and they loved it. The location was perfect, with just short drives to public beach access, shopping and restaurants. We saw two concerts at the Wharf Amphitheater, and it was only a 15 minute drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Room not ready at check-in time, and then we were assigned a room already occupied which was embarrassing. Once we got past the check-in process everything was great.”
