“Everything was amazing”

“Could not ge into my room because hotel key lost programming and had to break in from the other guest room. also a/c units from two other rooms that were offered to me did not cool well.”

“I liked the large balcony. They didn’t have room ready for check in at 4. Pre checked in around 1pm and was told I would get a call when room was ready between 3-4. That didn’t happen. The lady that checked us in apparently did not have our card on file for the room. We got a text that they didn’t have our card after we ordered food and drink at the bar. Paid cash and cleared with the very nice bar tender. Came back from dinner and we were locked out of our room. No text telling us they……

“this was our first time here. it was a great place to stay. I only wish they had more food options on site. the pool side bar serves the same food as the inside dinning.”

“Very clean and nice hotel. Except I had dirty sheets when I check in. And they changed them once and they looked horrible with stains. Its close to everything and that makes it nice too. A short walk to the beach. But the beach was not what I expected. And something u must know before u book with this hotel. Is its full of hidden fees and u have to pay to park ur car. As a total price we paid. I'd definitely say not really worth it. Breakfast was ok. Pretty much the same everyday though.”
