“Perfect location for exploring the Lower East side. Easy subway access. Staff were very helpful as we needed to leave bags while we toured on our last day. Lobby is to always staffed but they have a sister hotel nearby so they send staff over to assist as needed. Room was small but perfect. Toiletries are barebones but less wasteful so I am good with that. Only disappointment was the roof top was under renovation so didn’t get to see it. Oh well, next time!”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”
