「Die Lage und das Erscheinungsbild der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Jedoch waren wir etwas enttäuscht, was unser Zimmer betraf. Die Räumlichkeit die wie für zwei Nächte hatten entsprach unserer Meinung keinem 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war wohl mal eine Garage gewesen. Das ist aber nicht der Punkt. Unser Toilettendeckel bzw. der Sitz war komplett locker. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption hieß es, in 2 Stunden kommt jemand, dann doch nicht erst morgen und dann garnicht. 「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...
