“Amazing property and the best host we have had in all of our travels. The room was beautiful and we had access to a lovely common space kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect as well. The host provided excellent information about the area and its history. I definitely want to go back to Lucca and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so for the incredible stay ❤️”

“Nos gustó mucho la habitación y el alojamiento en general es encantador. La habitación tiene mucho espacio, el balcón es muy bonito y amplio, y tiene vistas al jardín que está muy bien cuidado, de hecho la primera noche compramos comida y comimos en el balcón. El desayuno fue espectacular, trato muy amable y cercano, estuvimos hablando con Giovanna que nos recomendó qué visitar y fue muy atenta y amable. Recomendable 100%”

“The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache……

“The room, bathroom, bedding all very clean and the bedroom was quite large. The welcome we received was very good and a good explanation of how the amenities work. Breakfast was just around the corner in a little cafe (all was very good). There are steps leading upto the room. Aircon a little noisy. The location of the appartment was excellent. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back.”

“Clean and spacious flat. Quiet neighbourhood. 5 mins walk into the old city. Free parking at the building. Friendly staff (thanks Sara). Hallway a bit noisy if other guests arrive or leave and cleaning person in the morning. ”

“Had a room in the annex/dependance because we were 2 adults/2 children and the space was large and beautiful! Staff, breakfast, daily snacks were well worth the fare! Convenient location and immaculately clean! Great find!”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”

“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is……
