「The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.」

「Mooi en groot hotel, mooi uitzicht op de baai al is de straat ertussen wel een domper voor kamers met zeezicht . Door annulatie vlucht kwamen we een dag te laat aan waardoor ik wel verwacht had ( nacht betaald zonder aanwezigheid) -ondanks het feit dat dat hun verantwoordelijkheid niet is natuurlijk- hier toch 1 of andere commerciële geste van het hotel gekregen te hebben maar deze bleef uit . Het hotel personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk … ook van de tot twee keer toe lang op voorhand...

「The receptionist was friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach and they provide beach towels. The room was clean, fan and AC, good shower. Great breakfast. Can't fault it.」

「Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice.」

「Room was a decent size with balcony and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety. I was under the impression hotel would have loungers on the beach, but had to purchase. I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed towels for the 4 days. Floors were dirty with sand from day 1. We didn’t swim in the pool due to lots of bugs and debris. Had to park far on the street.」
