The Space:
Sunlight filters through tall mill windows as you settle into the spacious living area, where exposed details hint at the building’s industrial past. You can stretch out on the L-shaped sofa with a cup of coffee or stream a favorite show on the flat-screen TV before heading out to explore Manchester’s vibrant streets just beyond your door. The apartment’s Ancoats setting puts you close to local cafes, creative spaces, and landmarks that define the city’s lively character.
Sleeping arrangements
Two thoughtfully designed bedrooms each feature a king-size bed with soft linens, blackout curtains, and ample space to unwind. Both rooms are styled with inviting touches that make resting after a full day in the city easy. The sofa in the living room converts into a double sofa bed when needed, offering flexible sleeping options for up to six guests. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. The open-plan living room is designed for relaxation and connection, with a large sectional sofa and a 55-inch flat-screen TV ready for your favorite streaming channels. Whether you’re starting your morning with quiet coffee or gathering in the evening for conversation, this shared space feels both generous and comfortable.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. Cooking basics are available, and the spacious dining table serves as a natural spot for casual dinners or late-night snacks between outings.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms provide comfort and privacy, each equipped with essentials. One features a walk-in shower, while the other offers a bathtub for an unhurried soak. Towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided for a convenient stay.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
There is a public car park located on Cable Street - charges may apply. For more details on parking, please refer to your Guest Pass. Your Guest Pass link can be found in your booking confirmation email. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a 5-10 minute taxi away, or a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The closest metrolink station is Piccadilly Gardens.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
