“the fort desk worker was very nice. but i booked 2 rooms for company gusts, they are all got bug bit all of the back and arms, legs. the blanket was feel wet, not comfortable. when they told me today, i was feel so sorry and ashamed， because this hotel was so close to our company, that’s why i booked here. but i think i won’t be book here again.”

“The staff was friendly. Located conveniently for getting to downtown Austin by car, but hotel has an easy parking lot- unlike the downtown hotels. All-around good stay.”

“When I arrived to the property, I was greeted by the front desk worker she was cool and friendly. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, she worked the afternoon shift. The over night front desk girl was asleep when I went up to the front desk when I asked for a new key she seemed annoyed and was honestly rude, she didn’t even say anything after handing me the key she looked like she didn’t want to pull that shift. ”

“Decent and well located in a scenic area. Bathrooms and bed were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was very good. Breakfast was good. We had the two room suite which was roomy however the carpet in the room was dirty and the furniture worn. The hotel is undergoing a long-needed renovation but we had no inconvenience from it and hotel was quiet during our weeknight stay. Check-in was polite and helpful.”
