「I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think...

「We enjoyed this property for the convenience of walking to all the attractions we wanted to see. Great selection of restaurants and pubs in the hotel and your in the middle of Times Square if you can’t find anything at the hotel. View from the rooftop patio was worth it all! 」

「Great location. Great service. Great food. Fabulous staff. Great breakfast. Great internet and tv/movies. Very clean. Only downside is a bit worn rooms (at least ours). Will definately go back!」

「in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible...

「Very friendly welcome. We stayed in double room. With family 4 persons. Room size is okay. Missing coatrack and sitting space only 2 persons could sit on a chair. Bathroom old and very very small and not comfortable. No water pressure for 2 mornings. Very nice wine happy hours in lobby and in mornings tea and coffee to take. Life music in lobby is nice. The James hotel is very nice located. 」
