“New hotel, pleasant staff, spacious room, clean room, plenty of parking, convenient to interstate and restaurants.”

“This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. We were met by Tabatha who was great. Our room was clean and comfortable, but definitely needs a refresh. I was expecting more given the nightly rate. The other staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was very good.”

“I booked through Expedia and paid them. The hotel had that info then charged my credit again for the room. Now I have to get someone to reimburse for me? Terrible, the person at the front desk needs to know how to work with third party bookings. Now I'm the one expected to proof the mistake?”

“We stayed here for one night. This motel was very lovely. Clean, newly remodeled, plush towels, fresh linens, and a larger mini fridge! The ladies working were super kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Upon enter into the room, we found the floors to be wet and very slippery. We dried the floors by running the air conditioning however, the floors remained slippery. About 10:30 pm we found that there was no hot water. I discussed this with the hotel associate who did not realize the lack of hot water. She suggested changing room whereupon I requested she check the proposed rooms for hot water. She returned and informed me there was no hot water in those rooms either. Her only solution was for……

“This hotel is extremely outdated, and ran down. I guess it wouldn’t be terrible if you’re just passing through and need something better than a car to sleep in, however bed wasn’t much more comfortable. Room was dirty and unwelcoming. We got bit by what I’m assuming was mosquitoes. (Did check for bed bugs and no signs of them) stains on blankets, pillows and pillow cases. Stains and chipped paint on walls. Bathroom, I went and bought Lysol wipes before using the toilet or showering. The shower……

“Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to my questions. He even gave us great ideas of places to visit in the area and beautiful roads to take on our motorcycle trip. The check in process was seamless and the property was clean and very well maintained. The house was stocked with many supplies needed to live there for a week. The kitchen was great! Pots, pans, plates, and other assorted cookware. There were even common spices in the cupboard for cooking as well.……

“We always wanted to stay in an RV. Kids loved it! Grandma not so much! The bathroom was squished with so many towels hanging on the door. Pretty tight for the space vs people! But if we were staying long we probably could have spread out better…. Pool was cold… but two of the boys were fine…”

“Was Avery nice room close to hinton and bluestone dam.. its pretty close the the road rt 20.. but wasn't to loud with cars o really did hear skit with the window av was very clean and had all u never ti look. With pots pans, only thing is vrbo cartons 299o service fee on top of my rm price... other thsy tht pretty happy.”
