“Everything thank you nice hotel”

“I didn’t like it because it’s too quiet. The only thing I can hear are the waves from the beach. I like noisy places. I like hotels where I can listen to little kids scream & run like crazy. There’s absolutely no noise whatsoever in these premises. The food it’s great & everything, but there’s way too much silence okay. Please play some elevator music at least. Come on y’all!!!!!!!”

“I have been traveling to Cozumel for an annual diving trip for at least 12 years -- of which I have been staying at this hotel for the past 8-9 years. The staff remembers you. You can always determine a hotel is good when the staff stays on for years. ”

“Frenly persons”

“We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. The hotel is very close to 5th ave where you can find a lot of places to eat and also to the beach,……
