"Everything was wonderful - except for one thing. In a nine-story hotel, the elevator makes a big difference. The hotel had one elevator only, the other one was out of service for an extended time. Management indicated that it could be months until it was fixed. For that I gave the hotel two stars. Gross inconvenience."
