“If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.”

“My pals & I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! The property is in a perfect location with uninterrupted views of the South Downs. Loved the hot tub after our countryside walks! Amberley Black Horse is a stones throw away - food & atmosphere superb! Emma is an amazing host & took great care of us - thank you Emma! We’ll be back 🥳🥂🎉”

Would highly recommend a visit and we are already……

“Booked property for 35 days. Owner was responsive to questions before we arrived. The negatives and overall neglect of this property far outweigh the positives. Here are the positives:Internet great.Location is approximately 1 mile from Hammersmith Tube station.Hot water was plentiful.Beds comfortable. Here are the negatives:-Description did not match what we booked; no outdoor space or bbq grill and has not been for quite a long time, no breakfast included, there was no office desk and chair……
