“The flat is quite nice but in desperate need of TLC. There are cracks in the kitchen walls, some walls have scuff marks and need to be wiped and/or painted. The main bedroom window frame looks quite bad in places with the glass and frame dirty, including the double glazing. The kitchen chair cushions are heavily stained, and the cutlery, because they are part wood, should be replaced. In the living room. the wooden chair is broken and probably unsafe to use, and the carpet is moth eaten in some……

“The stay exceeded our expectations. The property is a lot bigger than it looks, the private garden overlooking the cows and hot tub area were all very well kept and lots of beautiful flowers. We had a relaxing week, we stayed in and made use of the hot tub. All the personal touches like a dog hamper and a food hamper for us with fresh grown vegetables and cows milk and more. Its was soo lovely. We would come back again and again. Highly recommend.”

The scenery on the South Downs is stunning and the seaside resorts have their own traditional attractions like the pier at Eastbourne and holiday rock at Bognor. All in all, a delightful week.”
