“The morning I was on my way to Florida I had not gotten an email about checkin process so I emailed the owner. I was told the instructions would be sent at 2 pm. They never got emailed. I arrived at the property and at that point was not able to get inside due to no instructions. Emailed a couple times and even called with no responce. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone that gave the coded to get in the condo. The building this condo is located in is absolutely disgusting. The smell……

“Just what we needed for a short stay. Very close to downtown Pensacola so there was easy access to fun restaurants and shops, and the Historic District. The beach is about a 20 minute drive - not too bad! The condo itself is in a funny location - kind of tucked away. The host was in good communication with us. Unfortunately, the unit smells like cigarette smoke, but there are oil diffusers there for you to use if you'd like - we thought that was a good touch! Appliances are a little outdated and……

“The space was okay. It was smaller than shown. Everything was really close, which is great. There was a weird mix up during check in but it was resolved. The owners ironically booked the unit in conjunction during the same days as us and they hogged the entire parking spaces for all days with their two large SUVS. I thought this was pretty tacky since we were paying guest and the listing advertised parking space. ( We had two small children so this would have been a plus for us if we were even……

“This place is stylish and comfortable at the same time, which is not easy to do. And the location cannot be beat. Add in the friendly owner with just the right amount of communication and it was overall one of our best VRBO experiences.”

“The Seville Suite was beautiful and very comfortable during my stay. It had all the amenities I needed. The only challenge I had was getting into the building and room with the Yale Accentra app. Karen had to come out and assist me.”

“The loft we stayed in was literally in brand new condition. Modern furniture and appliances and top finishes. Very tastefully decorated. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Be wary of staying on Palafox Street as the late night noise can be problematic. It was for us and the host moved us to a much quieter location. The experience working with the host couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay here again.”

The bed is in a loft and could provide a challenge for older folks for access. All is just as described with only pleasant surprises. I see myself rebooking”
