"The Monterey Surf Inn was a delight surprise and we hope to return in the future. The property is an updated old school motel. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Parking is right outside your room which is ideal. The location is great as it’s a quick walk to the Del Monte outdoor mall and an easy 8 minute drive to the main attractions of both Monterey and Carmel. For a budget-friendly inn, it was perfect."
