“Check in was very clear! Loved the rental. Parking is a little difficult if you have more then 1 car.”

“The location is great. Easily walkable. Some difficulty finding parking close but doable if you give yourself some time. The place was clean and spacious. The only specific complaint is that it was cold and the thermostat was locked. ”

“Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!”

“Perfect location on safe street and very close to Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Would definitely recommend and rent again!”

“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.……

“Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. ”

“I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.”
