「Great location and included amenities」

「Très simple , rapide et en service. Tout était nickel à retourner c’est sur !」

「Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.」

「This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not...

「Clean room」

「We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!」

「This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!」

「A friendly and helpful staff made my stay there most excellent. I would have preferred a genuine brass room key. And one for the front door as well. But that's the modern world I guess. In any case the hotel was very nice and I love the neighborhood.」

「Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quiet safe, city bus a minute away. We where able to find parking every day right in front of the building.」

「Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm」

「The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning. Maybe encourage guests to wear slippers (?). There was also some movement of furniture in the early morning (around 6 am). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! Merci!」

「Service better than what i expected.」

「The property was clean but it is at 3rd floor and the parking is on the backstreet. There is no straight way to get to apartment from back street. You pallet at back street and then walk to front street which is a good long walk. Also there is no elevator in the building. The stairs smells horrible. But the apartment is clean and good. Lack of amenities especially bed sheets, towels.」
