"The property was well maintained and the staff worked hard to overcome being very understaffed. My only real complaint was the airport shuttle. No one would answer the phone for a shuttle for a while. I finally bypassed the shuttle selection on the menu and got the front desk. The shuttle came fairly quickly at that point but the driver did not leave his seat. I had to have someone else open the back of the van and load my luggage. When I arrived at the property, he again did not attempt to assist but was expecting a tip."
