“This accommodation is not as described. The description promises in- room amenities such as full size fridge freezer, dining room and kitchen. My room had none of these, only a TV, wardrobe and some storage space in addition to a few scattered chairs. There was a very small mini fridge which was inadequate to hold more than maybe six bottles It is dishonest to promise amenities that are not provided in the room, as people will no doubt plan their stay around them. “Habitación limpia, baño recién remodelado pero tiene un olor fuerte a drenaje. Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso. Hubiéramos agradecido que nos informaran sobre el evento que tendrían en la noche. Es un lugar bonito,……

“This place was so up to standards and cozy. The room was excellent for any traveler!! Starting for the quality of the bed, mattress, pillows, bathroom, and even a tv in the room! The only thing that was a bit struggling for was was the distance from the places we wanted to visit (20 min walks) however we did use the buses during the day and that was very helpful! The level of professionalism at communication was also excellent!!”

“There were 77 steps in this hotel, no elevator and carrying luggage up the steps was really annoying. The staff was not cooperative, not ready to store your luggage without a charge. The photos are completely deceptive and the hotel was unclean. Nobody comes for the maintenance of your room. And it is like a horror film once you enter. There were 5 doors to open and old fashioned keys to open each door. In my opinion it was like an escape room. This was a terrible stay. Some good things were the……
