“The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. ”

“I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,……

Restaurant and Bar raised area also for eating or drinking , so accommodating to a single traveller, it was lovely. I stay away over 40 weeks a year, and this is my number one for this area . 5 stars from me ”
