「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」

「Visited for our wedding night and another night and staff she does incredibly well and left a very sweet romantic surprise in our room. Tiny room but well organized although could use a tiny more storage space. Overall all amazing.」

「Small rooms not big enough for more than two ppl」

「便宜CP值高，地段好，乾淨」

「前台那位男士超级热心，帮助我们换了两次房间，多亏他的帮忙！」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」
