Welcome to our charming contractor accommodation featuring 3-bedroom upper flat in the heart of South Shields, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable stay during your travels. This spacious flat sleeps up to 5 guests.

All guests are required to provide ID, a security deposit and e-sign T&Cs before staying. Minimum age is 25 years old (excluding families).

This spacious flat sleeps up to 5 guests, offering:

Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 with a small double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, and basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a microwave, oven, hob, and washing machine.
Living Area: Cozy living area with comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a large flatscreen smart TV for your entertainment.
Private Entrance: Enjoy the convenience of your own private entrance and a small rear yard for added privacy.

Please note: Once your booking is confirmed via the online travel agent, all guests will need to provide a security deposit, copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy for your booking to go ahead.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.

We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am - 8pm.

Once your booking is confirmed the telephone number will be sent to you on a messaging system that you can also use to contact us.

We will return calls or messages as soon as we can.

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer are all provided for our guests. Please note we do not provide toiletries as we do not agree with single-use plastics.

This property is more suitable for contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/ or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our terms.
